The Well is the ministry's software platform — quietly built, in-house, and unlike anything else in the nonprofit world. We named it The Well because that is what it is meant to be: a gathering place where weary people draw what they need.

For caregivers, The Well is a community. It connects foster, kinship, and lifetime caregivers to one another, and to trusted Christian providers offering respite, counseling, and family support. No more searching alone. No more wondering whether the people you find are safe.

For the ministry, The Well is how every blessing reaches the right family. It knows what each child needs. It tracks every donation that comes into The Storehouse and directs it to the family it was meant for. It pairs the families with the volunteers, partners, and skilled tradespeople whose gifts can meet their need. Nothing falls through the cracks. Nothing is wasted.

For our donors — those who give financially and those who give goods and services — The Well is something more: it is a promise of radical transparency. Every dollar and in kind donation that comes in is tracked. You will be able to see exactly where your generosity went.

Transparency Note Every dollar that comes to No Longer Forgotten is tracked, including gifts given anonymously. Anonymous cash donations and book purchases through Amazon are pooled together and tracked as a single group of anonymous givers. You'll still see exactly where those dollars go, your gift simply appears as part of that shared anonymous total rather than tied to your name.

Because every person who gives to this ministry becomes part of the family that built it — a friend of the children, a friend of the caregivers, and a partner in the work itself. Every dollar and every donated good or service carries a heart with it — and through that giving, God's hands reach the very child it was meant for.
